As part of ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience at Mudskipper Farms, all guests are required to sign a liability waiver prior to their stay. Please be aware that our facilities currently do not have wheelchair access and involve navigating a significant number of stairs. We strive to offer a unique and immersive environment, but it is important for all guests to understand these physical requirements and limitations before arrival.

Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in is at 1:30 PM, and check-out is by 1:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request and availability.

No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside the lodge and in all enclosed areas. Please use designated outdoor smoking areas and dispose of butts properly.

Noise Levels
Please respect the surrounding neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 9:30 PM to 8:00 AM.

Pool Rules
No running or diving in the pool area. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Glass containers are not allowed in the pool area.

Safety
For your safety, all guests must sign a liability waiver before arrival. Adhere to all posted safety guidelines, especially when participating in river activities.

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to lodge property. Please report any issues immediately to lodge staff.

The lodge features multiple stairs and lacks wheelchair access. Please be aware of these conditions when planning your stay.

Fire Safety
Use the fire pit responsibly, check Parker County Emergency Management (parkercountytx.com) for Burn Ban restrictions, and follow all fire safety instructions provided. Never leave fires unattended. Fire-extinguishers are located in all dwellings.

Dispose of all trash in designated bins. Help us maintain a clean and environmentally-friendly environment.

Ensuring safety along the Brazos River involves being aware of various natural elements and wildlife. While enjoying activities like swimming, fishing, or kayaking, it's important to stay vigilant for snakes, which may inhabit the riverbanks. Wearing sturdy footwear can help protect against snake bites. Birdwatchers should also be cautious of nesting areas to avoid disturbing local wildlife. Monitoring water levels is crucial, as they can fluctuate rapidly due to rainfall or upstream activities like damn releases, leading to strong currents and hidden hazards. By being informed and prepared, you can enjoy the beauty of the Brazos River while staying safe.
